Simple with a twist, our Lalkot blouse can brighten up a boring room. Wear it loose with chinos or tucked in with flared pants. This top is made with Kala Cotton, an indigenous fabric that's organic by default and has been around since the Indus Valley Civilization! Kala Cotton is grown by a small number of farmers in the semi-arid Kutch region and is a completely rain-fed crop - unlike conventional cotton, which needs 10,000 litres (or more) of water for just 1 kg cotton. Kala cotton also highly immune to diseases and pests, so it needs no synthetic pesticides. It is hand spun and handwoven into fabric by local Kutch weavers.
